Achieving My Dreams
Many of my childhood needs up till now has not been met but I know that one day, it will come true.
Randy Pausch had so many dreams but for me, I feel he did achieve most of his dreams because his parents allowed him to come out with his abilities. Randy's passion for being in the Disney land came true as he followed what can do. His capabilities gave him the pace to pursue his dreams and he made it. He believed in going out to do for results to be attained.
To have a dream is very important in one's life. I see dreams to be the road map to future achievements. It is the way that one can tell if he or she is heading towards the great task ahead in life. Whether the road seems bumpy or smooth, having a dream will place an effort in one's way to glory.
During my childhood days, I wanted to be a person who can bring a big change to man's life and it is an Entrepreneur.
One may ask "has that been achieved?". I will say no because I have not been to get to the middle part of it yet. for I am striving hard to set up a good foundation to start with the process so my dreams will come true. I have a strong belief in myself that I will definitely achieve my dream.
this week has taught me a simple principle which Randy Pausch said and I quote, " Is not how to achieve your dreams but how you live your life." I have learned that no matter how many times I fail, that is a sign that those failures are the things that if I continue to do, it will not help me get to my dreams.
I know that when the conditions of living in this life become favorable, none will complain and will serve the Lord well.
